1. Distress Centres of Greater Toronto

Distress Centres of Greater Toronto is a service agency dedicated to providing timely emotional support, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention to people in distress.
Programs:
- Talk Suicide
- 408-Helpline
- Multilingual Distress Lines
- Survivors of Suicide and Homicide Loss
2. 408-Helpline

The 408 Helpline offers 24/7 support in English from trained volunteer responders.
The issues they can help with include (but aren’t limited to):
- Emotional distress
- Thoughts of suicide
- Physical or emotional abuse
- Social marginalization and mistreatment
The Multilingual Distress Line is available from Monday to Friday, 10am to 10pm.
They offer counselling services in:
- Urdu
- Hindi
- Punjabi
- Spanish
- Mandarin
- Cantonese
- Portuguese

Talk Suicide Canada provides judgement free support - you deserve to be heard, and they are here to listen.

Wellness Together Canada provides free resources for mental health and substance use support.
They offer services including:

5. Canadian Mental Health Association

The Canadian Mental Health Association offers a range of community-based services, allowing them to provide mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual support services.
