Number one is you don't feel like yourself. Feelings of stress and anxiety and sadness are normal. But when they persist so much that you just can't find the same joy in life that you used to, it might be time to see a therapist.
2. Your Relationships Are Suffering
Number two, your relationships are suffering relationships fluctuate, and that's normal. But if you're having trouble with your emotions to the extent that you're taking it out on your partner, this can really hurt your relationships.
3. You’re Having Trouble Controlling Your Emotions
Number three is that your emotions feel out of your control. Experiencing a wide range of emotions is part of the human experience. But when it starts to feel like your emotions are controlling you, that can be really unsettling.
