Today, I really enjoyed speaking to Marianne Dimain from Global News. A new study shows that the majority of Canadian women think it is okay to read their partner's emails without permission.
As a psychotherapist and relationship expert, I simply don't think this is okay. Reading emails is a breach of trust - and doing it on a regular basis can create serious relationship problems. It's very similar to reading a diary - the person can feel invaded, uncomfortable and can start to distrust you. What do you think?
